PAGASA: Cloudy skies, isolated rains over most parts of PH

MANILA—Cloudy skies with isolated rain showers are expected to prevail in most parts of the country on Tuesday, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

Weather specialist Ezra Bulquerin said the southwest monsoon continues to affect the western section of Luzon.

The Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Zambales, and Bataan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the habagat.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
